I am Lachezar Vesov, a Bulgarian lawyer based in Sofia and admitted to the Sofia Bar Association since 2016. I advise individuals, property buyers, employers and businesses, with consultations in Bulgarian, English, Russian and French.
Eight areas, built around one practice rather than eight separate ones — most matters that arrive here touch more than a single field. A company sale raises corporate, tax and employment questions at once; a property purchase can turn on inheritance law; an enforcement file often ends in insolvency.

What to expect
- You deal with me directly. Matters are not delegated. The person you speak with at the outset is the person who conducts the file.
- Scope and cost are agreed before work begins. You will know what is involved and what it will cost before instructing.
- Four working languages. Correspondence and representation in Bulgarian, English, Russian or French.
- An honest answer about whether you need a lawyer. Some matters do not warrant representation, and I will say so.
